small space decorating

What a cute little white room - and so fucntional too. A lot of starter home in Scandinavia are really small, so they need to come up with space-saving solutions which still look good too. White colour of course is a good started, since it makes the space look brighter and larger.

Folding furniture, multi-functional pieces with storage capability and movable items such as trolleys on wheels are great for modifying the space based on different needs, and wall space can operate both as a storage area and fun-looking artistic displaya. If you got plenty of room height you should try to free up as much floor space as possible, and utilise the wall as a storage area using different heights - placing less needed items higher.

Consistent colour scheme and style also help to create a calm and stylish room as you shouldn't have to give up on style just because you don't have plenty of space!

Soo cute! white is an ideal colour to decorate small spaces :)

Folding tables - so true. I think the style might have grown out of practicality - the Scandinavian houses are often rather small and winters are long and dark, so one needs to maximise the light and enhance the small rooms - and white is the natural choice for that task
